3. Products and Pricing: All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product prices, discontinue items, or update product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment: An order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing and our written acknowledgment. We accept payments via cash on delivery, digital wallets, and bank transfers. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery: We deliver across Nepal. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 1–3 business days within the Kathmandu Valley and 3–7 business days for other regions. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.
6. Returns and Refunds: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Prescription medicines, opened personal care items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Daily Dose or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Daily Dose.
